Welcome to Sara Lodge Wellness Workshops — a space where learning, healing, and empowerment come together. I offer a variety of Holistic Nutrition Workshops and Lymphatic Drainage Workshops designed to help individuals and groups explore simple, supportive practices that enhance digestion, reduce inflammation, and encourage calm.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), my goal is to make wellness approachable and rooted in everyday habits. Through interactive teaching, practical demonstrations, and gentle guidance, each workshop helps you understand your body on a deeper level and gives you tools you can use immediately.

The Importance of a Balanced Workplace Wellness Program
Workplace wellness programs have become increasingly popular in recent years, with companies of all sizes recognizing the benefits of promoting a healthy lifestyle for their employees.
While physical activity is a key component of these programs, focusing solely on exercise may not be enough to create a truly healthy workplace.

Internal Flow - A Lymphatic Care Workshop
This isn’t about doing more.

Internal Flow is a gentle, intentional workshop designed to support your body’s natural rhythms through lymphatic care, nervous system regulation, and simple, practical techniques you can carry with you beyond the session.
Blending my work as a Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, this experience offers a grounded and supportive way to reconnect with your body — without overwhelm, intensity, or pressure.
What we’ll move through
Lymphatic-Based Restorative Yoga (60 minutes)
Slow, supported shapes designed to encourage movement through the deeper lymphatic system, especially through the abdomen.
This isn’t stretching.
It’s internal support.
DIY Lymphatic Facial (60 minutes)
You’ll be guided through simple, effective techniques to support your face and neck using the same principles I use in practice.
You’ll leave with a take-home guide so you can return to this anytime, along with the option to incorporate tools like gua sha and organic oils into your own ritual.
